How to submit your music to Woodstock Music Convention:

To submit online CLICK HERE. *Please note that artists submitting online do not have to mail materials. Music, photos, bios, etc. will be reviewed via your website or myspace page, whichever is indicated on your submission form. After you have submitted your form online, please submit your payment through paypal. All online submissions will be sent a verification after paypal payment is received.

To submit via regular mail, follow directions below.

Send the submission form, CD, bio, and photo along with check or money order in the amount of $100.00 USD for bands, $60.00 USD for singer/songwriters made out to Woodstock Music Convention (when paying by check, materials will be reviewed when check has cleared). Payment via Paypal is also accepted (print out and enclose a copy of your Paypal receipt in your package if paying by this method).

Please Note: Fee is non-refundable, material cannot be returned and submitting to the WMC does not guarantee a live showcase. A panel of industry professionals will be reviewing the material by genre.

Remember to print out and enclose a copy of the submission form with the other requested materials! We cannot accept submissions without a copy of the submission form.

We will email you upon receiving your package to let you know it arrived safely.

WMC will review materials and contact all artists/bands with live showcase selection results. If you are not selected to perform, two band members may still attend the convention for no additional fee. Additional members may attend at a discounted rate of $50 USD per member. Singer/songwriters not selected to perform may attend with a guest.

All artists/bands that submit (whether selected to perform or not) will have their name, genre and contact information listed in the WMC Industry guide.
